Welcome to IMAN BEAUTY. We strive to deliver exceptional service and appreciate your business. To maintain the highest standards and ensure fairness for all clients, we have established the following policies. Please be advised that these policies are subject to change at any time & are governed by law. Failure to abide by these policies will result in the cancellation of your service. By booking a service with us, you are agreeing to these terms. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

NEW CLIENTS : All new clients are required to book a consultation. This consultation fee does not go towards your first service. Please note that, even if you decide not to proceed with any services, the consultation fee paid is non-refundable. If after your consultation you choose to not proceed with services and later change your mind, a new consultation fee will be required to book future services. Your first service will be booked at your consultation. In the event that the client chooses to book their first service manually online rather waiting until their consultation, please note that if the correct service or add ons were not chosen, it may result in a reschedule or cancellation. The new client consultation must be booked at minimum one day prior to the first service. New client consultations & the first service may NOT be booked on the same day unless approved. If a client shall book a full service appointment without booking a consultation first, the appointment will be canceled and the consultation fee will be forfeited.

WALK INS : At IMAN Beauty Salons, we highly encourage clients to book their appointments online to ensure availability. If a client chooses to walk in without a booking, please note the following:

  • Consultation Required: All walk-ins must complete a consultation prior to any service. The consultation can be done the same day if applicable.

  • Consultation Fee: A consultation fee will be charged and added to the cost of the service if we are able to accommodate you.

  • No Guarantee of Service: Walk-in appointments are not always guaranteed and are based on stylist availability at that time.

To avoid wait times and ensure your spot, we recommend booking online through our official booking system.


Please note : If a client has been previously serviced by our salon, but not been serviced in 3 months, they are considered a new client and must book a new client consultation.

ATTIRE/DRESSCODE: All patrons are required to wear respectable casual attire. This includes clean and presentable clothing that is appropriate for a professional setting. All pants & shorts must be worn on the hip. Revealing clothing, including excessively short skirts, shorts, and low-cut tops, are not allowed. Hoodies must be removed upon arrival. Ski masks are prohibited at all times on the property to ensure safety and security.

RESCHEDULES: Clients may reschedule their appointments up to 48 hours prior to their scheduled service time. Any rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the entire payment.

LATE ARRIVAL: There is a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be canceled and a rebooking fee will be required to book a future appointment.

NO CALL, NO SHOW: Clients must notify us at least 2 hours prior to their scheduled appointment if they are unable to attend. Notification can be made via phone or email. Failure to provide this notification will be considered a No Call, No Show. Clients who do not provide the required 2-hour notification will forfeit their entire payment of the scheduled service. This charge is necessary to compensate for the time and resources allocated to the appointment. Any disputes regarding the No Call, No Show charge will be addressed through legal action. We are committed to fair and transparent dealings and will take necessary steps to resolve disputes in accordance with legal guidelines.

FRAGRANCE : Clients must refrain from using strong odors, including but not limited to marijuana, tobacco, vape pens & other strong fragrances during their visit. Failure to abide by this rule will result in a cancelation.

FIREARM: Firearms are strictly prohibited on the property. If a client is presumed to be in possession of a firearm, Their appointment will be canceled & will be prohibited from booking future appointments with us.

EXTRA GUESTS : Clients are allowed one extra guest, including children, per appointment. Children must be supervised and well-behaved during the visit.

PAYMENT: To secure an appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, for deposits and service payments. The remaining balance for services can be paid in cash or card at the conclusion of your appointment.

Please note, all deposits are applied toward your final service total. However, consultation fees are separate and will NOT be applied toward any future services. For all reconstruction services, a deposit of 1/3rd of the quote will be required upfront. The remaining balance will be invoiced & shall be paid 48hrs prior to the scheduled service.

Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable. By booking a service, clients agree to this policy in full. Refunds will only be issued if the stylist cancels the appointment. If the client cancels, reschedules, is dissatisfied with the outcome, or fails to show up, no refund will be granted under any circumstances.

Refunds will not be issued for reasons including but not limited to:

- Disliking the final style or result
- Failing to follow proper pre-appointment instructions
- Miscommunication due to lack of transparency from the client
- Arriving late or missing the appointment entirely
- Not reading or adhering to the booking and service policy

Dispute Policy
Payment disputes are strictly intolerable. By booking, you agree NOT to initiate a chargeback, dispute, or reversal of payment under any circumstances. Doing so is a direct violation of this policy and may result in being permanently banned from booking future services.

AGE: Children under 5 must be accompanied by an adult for the entire duration of the appointment.

APPOINTMENT NAME: The client booking the service must match the name listed on the appointment. If the name on the appointment does not match the individual receiving the service, the appointment will be canceled.

OVERDUE RETWIST : To ensure the best care and maintenance of your locs, it is important to adhere to a regular retwist schedule. 5-8 weeks is the best recommended schedule for mature locs. If a client is overdue for a retwist service, an additional fee will be applied based on the duration of the overdue period as follows:

- 3-4 months overdue : Additional $25
- 5-6 months overdue : Additional $50
- 7-8 months overdue : Additional $75
- 10-12 months overdue : Additional $100
Over 12 months : A consultation is required to assess the condition of the locs and determine the appropriate service and fee.

SERVICE QUOTES : Please note that any quote provided for our services is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance. After this period, the quote may be subject to change based on current pricing and availability. We encourage you to schedule your service within this 30-day window to ensure the quote remains applicable. If you have any questions or need to request a new quote after the 30-day period, please contact us directly.

Add Ons :

Adding Services
Please ensure that all necessary add-ons are correctly booked when booking your appointment. If an add-on is not selected, it will not be performed during your appointment time. For example if you would like to receive "Two Strand Twist" but it is not selected when booking, it will not be performed.

Failure to Add Required Services
Please ensure you add the required add-ons to your appointment type. For example, If you have more than 120+ locs but do not select the add on, your appointment will be subject to rescheduling or cancellation.

CONTENT & PHOTOGRAPHY :
• All services performed at our shop are subject to video recording. This is to maintain quality assurance, support education for our staff, and generate content for marketing purposes.
• Clients can choose to grant or withhold permission for their recorded content to be posted on our social media platforms, website, or other marketing channels.
• If you do not wish for your videos or images to be shared publicly, please notify us by completing the Content Opt-Out Form at your appointment.
• Opting out will not affect the quality of service provided. However, recordings may still be captured for internal purposes.
• Unless explicitly stated through the opt-out process, clients grant IMAN Beauty LLC. permission to use their videos or images for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Clients who previously consented but wish to revoke permission must provide a written request. While we will stop using their content moving forward, we cannot remove content already published.
